As principal advisor of Anchor Advisors, Brad Farris has experience leading businesses & business owners into new levels of growth and success. Prior to joining Anchor Advisors, Brad spent over 10 years managing business units for a family-owned conglomerate with sales of $2 million to $25 million. During that time period, Brad built and led teams conducting product-development projects, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning processes, as well as quality and efficiency improvements in manufacturing.

Brad is an accredited Executive Associate of the Institute for Independent Business. He is married with 4 children and lives in Chicago, Illinois.





 


Stacy French Reynolds

Small Business Advisor


Stacy French Reynolds brings a strong background in leadership and management to the Anchor Advisors team. Stacy is particularly experienced in sales, marketing and strategic planning, including identifying key business goals and working with business owners to design strategies to achieve those goals.

Stacy has served as a consultant since 2004. Prior to that, she spent 14 years in management and leadership positions at several nonprofit organizations in the Chicago area. She earned a master’s degree in managerial communication from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, and a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Calvin College in Grand Rapids, Michigan.



 


John Boneck

Small Business Advisor


John Boneck brings more than 20 years of business experience to Anchor Advisors.As a senior sales manager in a $30-million division of a company, he coached managers and sales representatives in the United States and Canada. He guided sales processes and developed systems to meet customer needs and increase company revenues. He has been a Director of Sales Training and is a certified trainer in sales and management courses.

John has developed job descriptions, job specifications and performance standards to improve hiring and retention. He has participated in ERP implementation and uses his knowledge and creativity to improve efficiency. He holds a master’s degree in English and is in the Entrepreneurial Leadership MBA Program at DePaul University.




 


JEAN BRUNO

Small Business Advisor


Jean Bruno loves helping people make breakthroughs. She has spent the past 20 years providing coaching, organization development, and management education to small and large businesses to improve the performance and effectiveness of individuals and organizations. Jean has been a consultant since 2003 and previously led change management efforts for the world’s largest technology consulting company.

Jean earned her master’s degree in organization development from Loyola University Chicago and obtained credentials as a Certified Professional Coach through the International Coach Federation. Jean is an adjunct faculty member for Dominican University’s MBA curriculum and she enjoys getting her hands dirty in charitable construction projects with her husband.





 


BLESS C. PETERSON

Small Business Advisor


Bless Peterson has a background in Accounting, Human Resources and Operations with 15 years experience.  Bless was a Controller and Human Resources Director for companies in the construction, publishing and software fields.   Bless is passionate and committed to building strong teams by focusing on training, building on strengths, building relationships, organizational restructuring and team oriented goals.

Bless has been a small business consultant since 2001 and is currently a support and a Small Business Advisor for Anchor Advisors.  Bless is married has two small children under the age of 6, Jack and Isabella.
