Brad Farris Principal, Anchor Advisors As principal advisor of Anchor Advisors, Brad Farris has experience leading businesses & business owners into new levels of growth and success. Prior to joining Anchor Advisors, Brad spent over 10 years managing business units for a family-owned conglomerate with sales of $2 million to $25 million. During that time period, Brad built and led management teams, pursued and completed mergers and acquisitions, facilitated strategic planning processes, and saw his businesses grow. Stacy French Reynolds Business & Non-Profit Advisor Stacy French Reynolds brings a strong background in leadership and management to the Anchor Advisors team. Stacy is particularly experienced in sales, marketing and strategic planning, including identifying key business goals and working with business owners to design strategies to achieve those goals. Stacy has served as a consultant since 2004. Prior to that, she spent 14 years in management and leadership positions at several nonprofit organizations in the Chicago area. She earned a master’s degree in managerial communication from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, and a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Calvin College in Grand Rapids, Michigan. KYRA CAVANAUGH Business Advisor Kyra Cavanaugh is driven by results. Her bottom-line orientation and practical approach drive the work she does with business owners. Whether she’s instituting improved project management processes, or helping managers improve performance management she’s working to improve the bottom line results. She also has a specialty in implementing these processes in organizations benefiting from flexible work arrangements, virtual/cross functional teams and remote workers. A graduate of Aquinas College in Grand Rapids, Mich., with degrees in business administration, psychology and French, Kyra is a member of the Workplace Excellence Committee with the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce and is spearheading a flexible workforce project with the U.S. Department of Labor, Women’s Bureau. Before joining Anchor Advisors, Ltd., she spent almost 20 years in the consumer packaged goods industry. Working in many functional areas for companies like Quaker Oats, Keebler, Dominick’s Finer Foods, and Willard Bishop, Kyra drove innovation and change.
