As our growing business makes the leap from virtual offices to a permanent office environment (walking distance from the Jefferson Park CTA terminal) we are also looking to transition from a Virtual Assistant to a part-time Office Administrator.
By supporting our Principal as well as our growing team of Associate Advisors you will be enabling us to assist in the growth of small businesses throughout Chicagoland.
Responsibilities include:
We are looking for an Administrative Professional who has terrific phone presence that enables him/her to conduct business with business owners, clients, vendors and team members. The successful candidate will take charge of the administrative functions of the office and manage the other team members to insure the successful, on-time completion of the projects assigned to him/her. Excellent computer skills (we have a Mac environment), including solid MS Office skills, familiarity with HTML, proficiency with internet tools and resources for research, collaboration and marketing.
The hours for this position are 9:30 - 2:30 M - F. We anticipate that this position will grow in responsibility and hours over the course of the year and are looking for someone who is flexible and willing to grow with the job.
