Implementation Manager
You’ve lived through a major ERP implementation – from requirements gathering through go live support. And, you didn’t just sit on the sidelines. You’re knowledgeable about every phase, even if you’ve only been directly responsible for one or two. While you’re maniacal about the details, you work with the big picture in mind, including client goals, time and budget, and staff and project management. You are more of a business analyst than a technology/systems person so your finance background will be put to good use as you analyze order processes, sales tax calculations, and their implications for the order flow process. Having been on the consultant side of the fence at least once in your career, you understand how to create and maintain successful client relationships.
