Interior Architect

You’ve done the detail work, now you want to focus on conceptual design and space planning. With deep knowledge of demographic and regional influences, you can create a full space plan for a wide range of contract interiors, from hospitality, to healthcare to multi-tenant residential. As a student of interior design or architecture and a 3D thinker, you have an intuitive feel for scale and proportion. Collaboration with experienced team members is your preferred method to quickly sketch out some ideas and then hone in on the best to produce the finished plan.

We are looking for an interior architect who can create spatial designs that reflect the demographic, regional and historical influences of the space – designs that uphold our design philosophies and meet client needs. One who can engage at every element of the design – but who can hand off final space plans to capable project managers for finish and furnishing selection. The successful candidate won’t be a wallflower – he or she will have creative ideas and opinions, but will enjoy collaborating with a team of talented professionals on a superior final product. And, he or she must be comfortable going from sketches to finished, detailed Autocad drawings.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture is desired, but not required. A licensed design architect is preferred.
