General Requirements

We are looking for smart, creative people who have a diverse background.  If you have spent time in both bigger companies and smaller companies, and you have exposure to a wide range of business functions (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, HR, Strategy, etc.) you might have the right stuff to join our team.  We would prefer it if you have worked as a consultant somewhere else first, there's a lot to learn about giving advice that we aren't prepared to teach you.  If you have a track record of finding prospects and selling services you can bring even more value.
