Purpose

All businesses have a strategic plan, but in most small businesses the strategic plan exists only in the owner's head.  By getting that plan down on paper (one or two pages, not in a big binder), the whole team can see it.  They can make descisions independently and with confidence that those decisions are leading to the outcomes that the company is striving for.  Anchor Advisors can facilitate a strategic planning meeting that can get that plan on paper and enable your whole team to work together from that plan.

Sometimes it's helpful to establish an advisory board to provide outside perspective, independent advice and counsel, and to hold the management team accountable to their plans.

At some point every owner wants to step back and do something different.  How realistic is your plan?  What will it take for the business to be ready at the same time as you are?  Succession Planning, Leadership Development and Exit Planning are all part of our process.
